Corrections

We try to get the time, place, and source right. When we don’t, we fix it.

This page is how we work. It isn’t legal advice.

What we’ll do

  • Correct the page as soon as we can.
  • Keep the same URL so old links still work.
  • Add an update note with a timestamp when the change is material (a wrong date, a canceled event, a name, a meeting time).

How to ask for a correction

Email hello@parkergazette.com with:

  1. The page or newsletter item
  2. What was wrong
  3. What it should say
  4. A source if you have one (town listing, school page, organizer)

Put “Correction” in the subject.

We read these. We don’t argue them in public comment threads first.

What we won’t do

We won’t quietly swap a fact and pretend it was always right. We won’t leave a stale event time up because it’s inconvenient to change.

If you’re an organizer and a listing changed, send the new details the same way. We’ll update instead of duplicating the page.
